General Eligibility: Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that the user has only viewed the introductory or limited sections of the course. Monitoring and Limitations: We monitor completion rates and chapter access to determine refund eligibility. If advanced content has been accessed, refunds will not be granted. Case-by-Case Assessment: All refund requests are evaluated individually based on the user's level of engagement. Procedure: Requests must be submitted via email. Refunds are processed by Whop and Paddle in accordance with their respective procedures. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued where significant course content has been accessed or where the request is based solely on personal preference. Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be granted in the event of verified technical issues or billing errors.
9.1: Funded or Refunded Guarantee
Applicable exclusively to the following products: "Hybrid Trading Accelerator - Pro" (hereinafter "HTA Pro") and "Hybrid Trading Accelerator - Premium" (hereinafter "HTA Pre").
The purchaser/student of the above-mentioned programs expressly acknowledges that they are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price if they can demonstrate, beyond reasonable doubt, compliance with all of the following conditions:
9.1.2 The student has fully completed and watched in their entirety all videos, materials, live sessions, and/or recordings available on school.morpheus.education relating to the HTA Pro or HTA Pre program.
9.1.3 The student must have attended at least 10 live streaming sessions in person, registering with their full name and actively participating by asking questions.
9.1.4 The student has properly registered, created, and activated an account on the Discord server provided with the product and has used it in a proactive and participatory manner throughout the duration of the program.
9.1.5 The student has made every reasonable effort, through the steps above, to fully understand the concepts and strategies provided during the program on school.morpheus.education and in Discord.
9.1.6 The student has completed the "Statistical Validation" process for the provided strategies, strictly following all instructions given by the instructors within the course. Specifically, the student must:
a) Have conducted backtesting — testing the provided strategy on historical market data — and meticulously recorded all data in a spreadsheet (the "Validation Sheet" provided by the instructors is also accepted);
b) Have collected a minimum of 400 trades/operations/samples across 4 different assets (e.g., but not limited to: EUR/USD, US30, AUD/CHF, EUR/CAD);
c) Have reviewed and cleaned the collected data;
d) Have analyzed the resulting data accounting for spreads, swaps, and commissions;
e) Have discounted performance results to account for a margin of error, simulating real market conditions by reducing Win Rate and R:R values obtained from backtesting by 15%. For example, a backtested Win Rate of 50% must be treated as 42.5%; an R:R of 1:4 must be treated as 1:3.4;
f) After completing this process, have verified that the performance results from the backtest are equal to or closely aligned with those provided by the instructors for the same strategy on the same assets; if not, the process must be repeated until this condition is met;
g) Have successfully conducted a forward-testing phase of the strategy using a demo or live account (via broker fpmarkets.com, registered through the following partner link: https://www.fpmarkets.com?redir=stv&fpm-affiliate-utm-source=IB&fpm-affiliate-agt=60289) for a total of 200 trades, achieving performance comparable to or better than that of the instructors during the same period. The account used must be connected to an automated trading journal such as myfxbook.com or fxblue.com for performance tracking;
h) Have calculated, following the instructors' guidance and using "Monte Carlo Analysis" with the "risk of ruin" statistical parameter, the appropriate risk profile per trade, which must not exceed 0.5% of the account balance.
9.1.7 The student has understood and correctly applied the CDP optimization model explained on school.morpheus.education, as instructed by the instructors.
9.1.8 The student has purchased an "Evaluation" or "Challenge" in the standard 3-phase format, selected exclusively from the following providers and using the designated partner tracking links:

9.1.9 In executing trades within the Evaluation, the student can demonstrate that they have:
— Always respected the pre-set risk per trade, not exceeding 0.5% of the balance;
— Strictly applied the strategy without errors in entry, stop loss, break even, and take profit management;
— Not taken trades that do not comply with the strategy for emotional reasons;
— Taken all valid trade setups without missing entries due to inattention or time constraints, and applied the strategy on the correct assets using the CDP Model.
If all of the above conditions are met and the student is unable to successfully pass the first 2 phases of the purchased Evaluation within 1 year from the date of purchase, the student is entitled to submit a refund request.
The refund request under the Funded or Refunded Guarantee must be submitted no later than 1 year from the date of purchase, via a Discord ticket in the #student-support channel (https://discord.com/channels/938189039109025852/938192886422462484) or by email to info@morpheus.education. The request must include all relevant documentation, evidence, and proof demonstrating compliance with the above conditions, including but not limited to: Excel files, Google Sheets, PDFs, links to myfxbook or fxblue, screenshots, etc.
If requested, the student expressly agrees to be available within a maximum of 30 days for a verification call via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platform (which will be recorded and transcribed), conducted by a designated member of the Morpheus Education/WorldClassEdge team, to verify the authenticity of the submitted evidence, including login access to the relevant Prop Firm platform.
Upon verifying that all conditions have been satisfied, Morpheus Education/WorldClassEdge will promptly process the refund within no more than 7 days from the date of verification.
